Claire has been very supportive and kind. She has followed up information and advice to see if this has been helpful and I have felt that I am in good hands.

After a major operation for bowel cancer, and another for a lung condition, I have had 18 months of consultations, X-rays, other tests. For all that time, I received excellent care from everyone. Claire in particular was a tower of strength. She helped to see that my various appointments were coordinated and timely. She made sure that I knew exactly the implications of the various procedures. I am also grateful for her encouragement. Not for her mindless optimism; she gives considered and professional advice which is ultimately far more believable and supportive. She is the complete professional, knowledgeable, informative and always helpful and friendly.

I had colorectal surgery nine months ago in July 2017. The care and attention shown at all times, before, during and after my surgery has been exceptional. They have gone a long way to helping me stay positive and have the best recovery possible. Thank you, I couldn't have made it without you.
